Return Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we make returns easy:

🔁 Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • With tags and proof of purchase

⚠️ Some products like trading cards, supplements, and personal care items are non-returnable (see below).

💵 Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

🛠 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hubcitytrading.com and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🧾 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank to process it.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Hazardous goods

  • Opened trading card packs or beauty items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

To swap an item, return it first — then place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

If shipping to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
The same item condition and return process applies.
